Dedicated hosting is a type of service where the client leases a server, not shared with anyone. More flexible than shared hosting, clients have full control over the server(s), including choice of OS, hardware, control panels, etc. In some cases a dedicated server can offer less overhead and a larger return on investment. Server administration can provided by DILIGENThost as an add-on service.
[Remote reboot] Each of our dedicated servers allow the client to reboot their own server(s), without the need of a technician. Hard resets are always available by contacting our support department.
[5 minute MRTG stats]Multi Router Traffic Grapher, or MRTG, is for monitoring and measuring the traffic load on network links. It allows the client to see traffic load on a network over time in graphical form. Updated every 5 minutes, it provides daily, weekly, monthly and yearly graphs.
