2A: We do not allow any under age pornographic material, warez, piracy and cracks related content, proxies.
3Q: Do you allow torrent sites?
3A: Yes. Currently there is no law in Canada that prohibits this.
4Q: How how time does it take to get my account?
4A: Shared & Reseller accounts are activated instantly, other services shouldn't take more than an hour to have you online.

11Q: Is there a charge for going over your allotted bandwidth?
11A: If your site exceeds monthly bandwidth allotment, we pause your site by displaying a page instead of your site, which you can freely customize to your own liking by uploading an HTML file and contact us to let us know where the document is. Per request, we can also make sure your website stays online in this event, by either upgrading your plan or paying an overage fee ($1.50/GB per month).
